Your command center
The Dashboard is the first screen you see when logging into the platform. It is designed to give you an immediate snapshot of your agency's performance and upcoming activities.
Quick actions
Permission required
Some sections or actions on the dashboard may not be visible to all employees. You will only see the features that your assigned role has permission to access. Learn more about permissions.
At the top right of the dashboard, you will find shortcut buttons to perform the most common tasks without navigating through menus.
New Trip
Launch the trip creation wizard to add a new package.
New Reservation
Quickly book a trip for an existing or new client.
New Client
Register a new customer profile in the system.
Activity feeds
Below the main metrics, the dashboard organizes real-time data into three widgets:
- Upcoming trips: a list of trips scheduled to depart soon. This helps you track immediate operational needs. See Viewing trips.
- Recent reservations: a live feed of the latest bookings made by your team or clients. See Viewing reservations.
- Audit log: a security feed showing the most recent actions taken by employees. See Viewing activity.
