Adding a new client
How to manually add a client to your system
While many clients will sign up themselves via the app, you can also add them manually. This is essential for walk-ins or telephone bookings.
How to add a client
Navigate to the Clients section.
Click the New client button.
Enter their basic info:
- Name: full legal name (as it should appear on tickets).
- Phone number: their contact number.
- Email: (Optional) their primary email address for confirmations.
Add details (optional):
- You can immediately add tags or notes if you have them.
Click the Save client button.
Note
If you try to add a client with the same phone number as an existing client, you may be asked for confirmation first.
