Organizing clients with notes and tags
The Tags and Notes features allow you to add context to your client profiles.
Tags
Tags are short labels you can attach to a client. They are useful for grouping people together.
Marketing tags
- Newsletter
- VIP
- Early bird
Operational tags
- Vegetarian
- Wheelchair
- English speaker
Status tags
- Late payer
- Needs follow-up
- Friend of owner
How to use tags
- Navigate to the Clients list.
- Click on the client you want to add a tag to.
- Click on the Edit button at the top right of the page.
- Type the tag name in the Tags input field.
- Press Enter.
- Click Save client.
You can now filter the main Client list by this tag.
Notes
Notes are free-text comments. Unlike tags, they are best for specific details.
Examples:
Client requested to sit near the front of the bus for the Sinai trip.
Called to ask about refund policy on 12/05/2024. Explained standard terms.
