Browsing and filtering the audit trail

The audit log presents a continuous timeline of events. Each entry represents a single action performed by a user in your system.

The activity feed

When you open the Audit Log section, you will see a list of recent activities. As you scroll down, older logs are automatically loaded.

Each log entry displays four key pieces of information:

  1. Actor: the name of the user (owner or employee) who performed the action. If they are an employee, clicking the name will take you to their profile.
  2. Action: what kind of operation was performed (creation, update, or deletion). See Understanding actions for icon meanings.
  3. Resource: the specific item that was affected (e.g., "Siwa Trip", "Reservation #123456"). Clicking the resource name will take you to its details page.
  4. Time: the exact date and time the action occurred.

Filtering by date

You can narrow down the logs to a specific time period using the filter tool.

Click the Filter button at the top right of the page.

Date range: Select a start date and/or an end date.

Click Apply filters to update the list.

To reset the view, open the filters again and click Clear filters, or click the on the active filter tags at the top of the list.
