Activity types and visual indicators
The audit log uses a consistent system of colors and icons to help you quickly scan for different types of activity.
Action types
Every log entry is categorized by the type of change that occurred.
| Type | Icon | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Create | A new resource was added to the system (e.g., creating a new trip). | |
| Update | An existing resource was modified (e.g., changing a client's email). | |
| Delete | A resource was permanently removed (e.g., deleting a discount code). |
Monitored resources
The system tracks changes to the following core components:
Trips
Creation of new travel packages, updates to itineraries, or deletions
Clients
Registration of new clients and updates to their personal profiles
Employees
Staff management actions, including profile updates and role assignments
Roles
Security changes, such as modifying permission sets or role definitions
Reservations
Booking activities, including creation of new reservations and status changes
Agency
Changes to your agency's core settings and configuration
Payments
Financial records, including creation and status updates for payment transactions
Discount Codes
Creation, update, or deletion of promotional and discount codes
Withdrawals
Payout requests
