Viewing reservations
How to browse and find reservations
The Reservations tab provides a snapshot of all bookings for a given trip or client.
Finding a reservation
With hundreds of bookings, finding a specific one is easy with the search and filter tools.
Search
You can search by:
- Client name: find all bookings for a specific person.
- Reservation serial: the unique code assigned to the booking.
- Contact number: find bookings by the client's contact number.
Filters
You can also filter reservations by their current status.
The reservation entry
Each entry in the table shows:
- Reservation number: a unique readable number (e.g., 001).
- Client or trip name: name of the client or trip, based on which page you are on.
- Contact number: the client's contact number.
- Number of adults: the number of adults in the reservation.
- Number of children: the number of children in the reservation, if any.
- Total price: the total price of the reservation.
- Amount due: the amount due for the reservation.
- Status: the current status of the reservation. See Reservation statuses for definitions.
Amount due is the amount the client owes you, or amount you need to refund to the client, based on if the reservation is cancelled or not.
Reservation details
Clicking on any reservation opens its full details in a sheet on the right, where you can:
- See the full breakdown of costs.
- View the payment history.
- Check the client details.
- Perform actions like adding payments or cancelling.
