How to cancel a booking
Sometimes clients can't make it. Here is how to handle cancellations.
The process
Open the Reservation details sheet by clicking on a reservation in the Reservations table.
Click on the Options button.
Click the Cancel button.
What happens next?
- Status update: the reservation status changes to one of the refund statuses, based on the financials of the reservation and the cancellation policy.
- Capacity released: the seats are freed up, allowing other people to book the trip.
- Financials: the booking stops counting towards the trip's Current revenue (except for the cancellation fee kept).
