Creating a new trip

Basic information

Start with the essentials:

• Name: give your trip a catchy and clear title.
• Description: add details about what makes this trip special.
• Locations: select the destinations included in this trip. You can add up to 10 locations.
• Images: upload high-quality photos (JPEG, PNG, or WebP, max 10MB each) to showcase the destination.

Schedule & capacity

Set the timeline and availability:

• Start & end date: when does the trip begin and end? (must be in the future)
• Max capacity: how many people can join? (max 1,000)
• Target revenue: (optional) set a goal for how much you want to generate.

Hotel details (optional)

If accommodation is included:

• Hotel name: the name of the hotel.
• Location link: a Google Maps link to the hotel.

Tags & features

Help clients find your trip by tagging it correctly:

• Audience: who is this for? (e.g., families, adults only).
• Food: what meals are included? (e.g., breakfast, all inclusive).
• Accessibility: is it wheelchair accessible? pet friendly?
• Transportation: is transport to the destination provided?
• Guides: are tour guides included?

Pricing

Define how much the trip costs.

• Price: Cost per adult.
• Different price for children: enable this if children have a different rate. You'll need to specify the maximum age for a child price.
• Group pricing: (optional) offer discounts for larger groups. Learn more about group pricing.

Policies

Set clear rules for booking and cancellations:

• Reservation deadline: when must booking close?
• Reservation fees: is there a deposit required to book?
• Cancellation: can clients cancel? If yes, set the deadline and any applicable fees. See cancellation policy for more details.

Publishing

Once all fields are filled, review your information and click Save trip (or Save as draft to keep it private for now).
