How to remove a trip from your system
If a trip is cancelled or was created by mistake, you can remove it from your dashboard.
How to delete
- Open the Trip options menu in the trip card (or on the trip details page) and click on Delete to open the delete form.
- Confirm the action in the pop-up warning.
Soft deletion
When you delete a trip, it is "soft deleted." This means:
- It is removed from the public list and your main dashboard.
- Clients can no longer view or book it.
- The data is preserved in the database for historical and audit purposes, ensuring you don't lose financial records.
Safety checks
The system may prevent deletion if there are active reservations associated with the trip. You must cancel these reservations first.
Tip
If you just want to stop new bookings but keep the trip visible to existing clients, try toggling the visibility to Draft instead.
