Setting up special pricing for group bookings
Group pricing allows you to offer automatic discounts for larger bookings. This encourages clients to bring friends and family, increasing your occupancy rates.
How it works
You create "tiers" based on the number of people in a single booking. If a client's reservation meets the minimum number of people for a tier, the system automatically applies the discounted price for everyone in that group.
Setting up tiers
In the pricing section of the trip form, look for Add group pricing.
For each tier, you specify:
- Minimum number of people: the smallest group size required to trigger this discount.
- Adult price: the discounted rate for adults in this group.
- Child price: the discounted rate for children in this group (if Different price for children is enabled).
Example scenario

If a client books for 7 people, they fall into Tier 1. They will pay EGP 9,000 per adult instead of EGP 10,000. If they book for 12 people, they fall into Tier 2, paying even less: EGP 8,000 per adult instead of EGP 10,000.
