Trip details explained

Understanding all the fields and options for a trip

When viewing a single trip, you have access to a dashboard specifically for that journey. Here's a breakdown of the information available.

The Overview tab gives you a clear summary of everything important about a specific trip in one place. Each section provides specific details to help you quickly understand the trip’s logistics, performance, and details:

Locations

This section displays all the destinations included in the trip, helping you see where the journey goes and the order of each stop.

Performance

Here you'll find live statistics about the trip, including:

  • How many spots are booked out of the total available.
  • Total revenue generated so far and progress towards the target revenue.
  • Amount due for the trip, which is how much is owed to you from bookings minus how much you owe in refunds to clients.

Group pricing

Details about how prices are set for groups. See Group pricing for more information.

Hotel

If the trip includes hotel stays, this section lists the hotel name and the hotel's Google Maps location.

Tags

This part uses tags to quickly show information such as who the trip is for, food options, accessibility features, available transportation, and guides. The tags options are:

Cancellation policy

Important rules and deadlines around cancellation are highlighted here. See Cancellation policy for details on how these are configured.

Description

At the end, you'll find the full written description of the trip, giving more detail and background about what to expect.

Each section is designed to help you, as an operator or viewer, find all critical details at a glance without needing to dig through multiple pages.

This tab lists all bookings for this trip. For a full guide on managing these, see Viewing reservations.

The table includes the following columns:

  • Reservation number
  • Client name
  • Contact number
  • Number of adults, and children
  • Total price
  • Amount due
  • Status

You can also filter by status, or search for a reservation by reservation number, traveler name, or contact number.

Amount due is the amount the client owes you, or amount you need to refund to the client, based on if the reservation is cancelled or not.
