Understanding your key performance indicators
The Overview section displays four key performance indicators (KPIs). These metrics are automatically filtered to show data for the last 7 days, helping you focus on immediate performance and upcoming financial health.
The metrics
Total Reservations
The total number of confirmed bookings created in the last 7 days.
Total Revenue
The total confirmed earnings from trips in the last 7 days. This reflects the total amount of money that has been paid to your agency.
Amount Due
The total outstanding balance for your agency, this highlights potential collections you need to follow up on.
New Clients
The number of new clients who have made their first booking in the last 7 days.
