Viewing roles

Managing your permission sets

The roles list provides an overview of the different access levels defined in your agency.

Accessing the list

Navigate to the Roles section.

You will see a list of all active roles.

Understanding the list

For each role, the list displays:

  • Name: the display name of the role (e.g., "Sales Agent").
  • Employees: the number of team members currently assigned to this role.
  • Number of permissions: the total count of permissions enabled for this role.
  • Permissions table: a table of all permissions enabled for this role.

Viewing assigned employees

To view the employees assigned to a given role:

Click on the Role options menu button next to the role's name.

Select View employees.

You will be taken to the Employees list, filtered to show only the employees assigned to this role.
