Agency owner privileges

Actions reserved for the primary account

In addition to the standard roles and permissions system, there is a special distinction for the Agency Owner.

Who is the owner?

The Agency Owner is the single account that originally created the agency. This account holds super-admin privileges that cannot be transferred or assigned to other employees.

Reserved actions

To ensure the security and stability of your business, the following actions are strictly reserved for the owner account:

1. Updating the agency

Only the owner can modify core agency details, such as the agency name, branding settings, and contact information.

2. Viewing audit logs

The Audit Logs section tracks every sensitive action taken within the system. Access to this history is restricted to the owner to prevent unauthorized monitoring.

3. Finance and withdrawal

Access to the Finance page, including revenue reports and the ability to Withdraw funds, is limited to the owner. This ensures financial data remains confidential.

4. Modifying employees

While employees with the "view employees" permission can view the employee list, only the owner can:

  • Create new employee accounts.
  • Edit employee details.
  • Reset employee passwords.
  • Deactivate or delete employees.

5. Managing roles

The ability to view, create, and modify Roles is reserved for the owner. This prevents employees from escalating their own privileges or bypassing security controls.

Security notice

These privileges are hard-coded to the owner's account ID, the system will block non-owner accounts from performing these critical actions.
