Viewing employees
Searching and filtering your team list
The Employees list gives you a clear overview of everyone with access to the system.
The employee table
The table displays the following information for each user:
- Name: the full name of the employee.
- Username: the unique identifier used for logging in.
- Phone number: the phone number of the employee.
- Role: the permission set assigned to the employee.
- Status: indicates if the account is Active or Inactive.
- Date joined: the date the account was added to the system.
Searching
The Search Bar allows you to find a specific employee instantly. You can search by:
- Name: first or last name.
- Username: the employee's username.
- Phone number: the employee's phone number.
Filtering
You can also filter employees based on their role and status, or the date they joined.
Sorting
Clicking on the column headers allows you to sort the list. You can sort ascending or descending by all columns that have the icon next to them.
