Managing passwords and access
Employees need three credentials to log in to the dashboard:
- Agency username: the agency username you set when registering your account.
- Employee username: the specific username assigned to the employee for login.
- Password: the password set for the employee when you created their account.
Resetting a password
If an employee forgets their password or needs a new one for security reasons:
Navigate to the Employees section.
Click on the Employee options menu button.
Click the Update password button.
Enter the new password.
Click the Save employee button to save the changes.
Resetting a password will log the employee out of the dashboard. They will need to log in again with the new password.
Changing usernames
The Username is the unique ID used for login. You can change this in the Edit form, but be sure to inform the employee as their old username will stop working immediately.
