Removing an employee

Permanently deleting a user account

In rare cases, you may need to permanently delete an employee account from the system.

How to delete

Navigate to the Employees list.

Click the Employee options menu button for the employee you wish to remove.

Click the Delete button.

A warning dialog will appear. Confirm that you want to permanently delete the user.

Warning

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. For most situations (like a staff member leaving), we strongly recommend Deactivating the account instead.

Impact on data

If you delete an employee:

  • They will be immediately logged out and lose access.
  • Historical records linked to them will remain in the system for reporting purposes.
