Updating profile information and roles
You can update an employee's profile information or change their access level at any time.
Updating profile info
From the Employees list, click on the row of the employee you want to edit.
Click on the Edit button at the top right of the page.
In the form, you can modify:
- Name
- Username
- Phone number
- Role
- Status
Click the Save employee button to apply the updates.
Changing roles
If an employee's responsibilities change, you can update their role to grant or revoke permissions in the Edit form. Updating the role will take effect immediately.
Deactivating an employee
If an employee leaves the company or goes on extended leave, you should deactivate their account. This can also be done in the Edit form.
What happens when deactivated?
- Login blocked: the user can no longer log in to the dashboard.
- Data preserved: their history (reservations created, logs, etc.) remains in the system for reporting.
- Reversible: you can re-activate the account at any time.
