Managing your agency's public details
The Agency Information tab allows the owner to update the core details of the agency, including branding and contact information.
Owner only
This section is strictly limited to the agency owner. Employees, regardless of their permissions, cannot view or edit these settings.
Updating agency details
Navigate to the Settings page and select the Agency Information tab.
Edit details: update the form fields as needed:
- Agency name: the official name displayed to clients.
- Username: the unique identifier used for login.
- Website: the agency's website URL.
- Description: the agency's description.
- Phone numbers: the agency's phone numbers.
- Logo: upload a new image to update your branding across the platform.
Click the Save button to apply the updates immediately.
