Navigating the dashboard
Understanding the dashboard layout and navigation
The dashboard is designed to be intuitive. Here is a quick tour of the layout.
The sidebar
The menu on the left (or accessible via a menu button on mobile) is your main navigation tool. It groups features into logical sections:
- Home: quick access to your dashboard and key stats.
- Trips: create and manage your travel packages.
- Clients: access your customer database.
- Finances: track cash flow and payments.
- Employees: manage staff accounts and roles.
- Roles: control employee permissions.
- Discount Codes: create and manage promo codes.
- Audit Log: review all admin activity.
- Settings: update your agency profile and preferences.
Note
If you are an employee, you'll only see the sections you have access to. Learn more about role-based access.
Main content area
The center of the screen is your workspace. This is where you will see lists, forms, and details.
Mobile use
The dashboard is fully responsive. On a phone or tablet, the sidebar collapses into a menu icon to give you more room to work, and the main content area adapts to your screen size.
