Withdrawals
Transferring earnings to your bank account
You can withdraw your available earnings directly to your bank account or mobile wallet through the dashboard.
How to withdraw
Navigate to the Finance section.
Click the Withdraw button at the top of the page. A form will appear showing your currently available balance.
Enter the amount: type the amount you wish to transfer. It must be less than or equal to your available balance.
Enter your national ID: type your national ID to verify your identity.
Why is national ID required?
Paymob requires a national ID for all withdrawals to comply with their regulations and identity checks.
Select a method: choose from your saved withdrawal methods or add a new one (see details below).
Confirm: review the details and submit the request.
Withdrawal methods
The system supports various withdrawal channels via Paymob. When adding a new method, you will need to provide specific details based on the type:

Saving methods
To save time, you can save a withdrawal method during the process, and the next time you withdraw, the form will be pre-filled with the saved method.
Withdrawal history
At the bottom of the Finance section, you will see a history table tracking all your past requests.
Columns
- Date: when the request was initiated.
- Amount: the withdrawn value.
- Method: e.g., Vodafone, bank wallet, etc.
- Number: the destination account (card number or mobile number).
- Description: a brief summary of the transaction.
- Status: the current state of the request. See Payment statuses for definitions.
Filtering and sorting
You can manage the history list using the toolbar:
- Filter by status: view only pending, completed, or failed requests.
- Sort: organize the list by date, amount, or status.
