Why is available balance less than total revenue?
Sometimes, your available balance may be less than your total revenue. This is because total revenue includes both online payments collected by the platform and manual payments recorded by you. Only funds actually collected through the platform can be withdrawn.

Your actual earnings are generally: total revenue - total refunded.
